PROMOTER:

Mr. Iyyanar, 32 Years of Age is the promoter of Aurovikas, who has completed his degree in Marketing and Designing and who has got wide experience in the Marketing and Designing Line for the past 6 Years.

RAW MATERIAL:

Quality of final product is determined with quality of raw material. In AUROVIKAS, we take meticulous care in the selection of cotton. Uniform quality of cotton is ensured through: MATERIALS USED: 100% NATURAL - The materials which we use cotton, we use the best twisted and single-ply yarns, using only long-staple cotton of the best qualities from Egypt and India especially for bed linen products. Raw materials must be of the best quality, so we always use the finest yarns of chain quality from Western Europe and India.

RESEARCH:

We own our setup for research in designing and production at factory site. All of the administration, research and development, production and warehousing remain on site. It is here that all the phases of production are directly carried out:
1. Research on fabrics.
2. Study and execution of designs and personalization.
3. Preparation for weaving (warping).
4. Weaving.
5. Processing includes bleaching/dyeing, singeing, mercerizing, calendaring, soft finish and pre shrinking.
6. Production includes cutting, printing, stitching, trimming, ironing, checking and packing.
7. Quality control and dispatch.
