BLEACHING: The Processing of the fabrics begins from bleaching. Before fabrics goes for bleaching, fabrics is fully checked for quality, variety and size, There after given particular batch numbers, which follows still it reaches in the final production. The proper treatment is given to fabrics as per the quality and size of the fabrics. Treatment of the fabrics is differs to the variety of fabrics as well as the considering the final products.

DYEING: We have a continuous dyeing facility in all shades as per the customers requirement of our customers we are doing all of variety of dyeing like Pigment, Reactive and VAT etc.

FINISHING: Well equipped finishing facilities available for calendaring, sanforizing, mercerizing. These Finishes on the fabrics help us to offer a total customer's satisfaction and timely delivery of the products.

PRINTING: This department plays the most important role in the final productions. Print up to 120"(inches) and upto 6 colours. We own our Printing unit at Villupuram, Tamilnadu, India where we posses 4 branded printing machines

STICHING: We own a huge stitching unit at Villupuram, Tamilnadu, India have an array of 400 stitching machines. We are able to process any quantity in a specified period. This unit has been segregated in to departments as per the different products and markets. The quality and the quick delivery differs AUROVIKAS EXPORTS from others.

PACKING AND FORWARDING: has total dust free packing system. We are following every aspect of steps towards Forwarding of the goods to the Port (SEA / AIR) on FOB or C&F basis.
